"Peace Of Mind is a centre for counseling guidance and psychotherapy. It is centrally located and provides a safe, caring & confidential setting to explore ones feelings, beliefs and behaviours or work through problems like depression, anxiety, sleep issues, work stress, relationship issues, break up, adolescent problems, work through challenging situations, better understand themselves and others set personal goals and work towards desired change. We do not prescribe medications but work through the process of counseling using various psychotherapeutic techniques and methods.'
