I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in 2020,for which the treatment caused me to gain a lot of weight .

My weight was almost 81 kgs and my legs used to swell even if I say on a chair for a long time .

Then I got tired and finally got an appointment with dr.deepika , explained her the whole situation,she provided me with different meal plans according to my diagnosis.Now it's 3 months later and I am at 73.5kg.

And the best part was .....never felt like I was on a diet .It was all just regular quantities but healthier stuff and better timing .after a while I forgot I was on a diet .

Now I'm going to repeat it again , hopefully I'll get down to 69-70kgs.All thanks to Deepika ma'am .

I got to know about Dr. deepika from Social Media, and when I called her first time, she made me so comfortable and in first meet she told me about my health issues, I gained my weight due to pcos, stress and harmonal imbalance, she gave me diet plan and used to take reviews on phone daily as well as once in 15 days..I am still in touch with her and she always guide me for changes, as harmonal imbalance n stress are the always be the parts of my life, I like the way she tell and explain the things,the way she make her client comfortable, its excellent. It boosts to do the diet comfortable and with available things in your kitchen. Now, she is no more my dietitian, she is my close friend with whom I can discuss so many things comfortably.

When I started having treatment I was very confused with my health issues and the diet I am having..and ofcourse my weight...But ma'am explained all the details and always helped me to understand and the issue and diet for the same. I have lost around 8 kgs within just two months of diet plan but its not just that, it helped me a lot to overcome my post viral arthritis as well as some other health issues like frequent cough etc. It also helped me to improve my diet habits .Also she is always available whenever you have any doubts or need an alternatives. I consulted with Dr Deepika for help with decreasing my LDL levels and to reduce my weight as part of that . I found her to be quite knowledgeable and accommodative with her diet by considering my daily schedule and preferences and yet providing excellent results . I am glad to mention that i lost approximately 4. kg within 14 days of my diet and that i am quite happy with where i am. I can also confirm that i am feeling quite energetic despite my weight loss unlike other weight loss plans . Kudos to her for helping with same and i look forward to achieve further goals with her guidance.
