Consultation for my 26 year old son. A routine blood test suggested by his company before the Covid-19 vaccination revealed that he was exceeding on the Total cholesterol levels and some other parameters by very small margins, on the papers the readings didn't seem to be alarming. He is of the cautious kind in food, having given up on oily fried things, sweets and aerated drinks a long time ago plus he is a teetotaller, never ever had alcohol or tobacco in any form. Naturally this report made him nervous, anxious and angry.

I got an appointment with Dr Sonali for his consultation. She and her Dad; Dr Avinash Inamdar, spent more than 90 minutes helping him understand the science behind cholesterol and it's ramifications. She helped him ease his anxiety by patiently answering all his queries and did a ECG and a 2D echo to rule out any possible anomalies. She showed deft skills in handling and addressing his fears in a empathetic way. This soothened his nerves and he has taken the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine arranged for him by his office. Thanks a lot Dr Sonali for being there and understanding my son's requirements.

I had visited Dr. Avinash 22 years ago for my mother's treatment and i visited today for my checkup. I must say that there is no change in the way Dr. Avinash makes his patient comfortable by explaining the details. He has always been a soft spoken doctor.He does not scare us, but motivates to work on health part by doing meditation, pranayam. Thank you for being there for us.

It is only through webinars under programs like ARP and HHP made me to get preventive health checkup done. I wanted see if there is any improvement. I did not understand the cause of abnormal ECG. May by Stress ECHO will throw some light on abnormal ECG.
