Current weight: 96.5kg(still in the programme)

I was a bit hesitant before starting my weight loss journey as there were many options available and I did not know whom to chose, I went with supriti ma'am by the reviews I had seen on google and the upvotes and I must tell I was definitely not disappointed. I had tried all types of solutions in the past but failed miserably. the first session was very informative and ma'am explained the whole process to the fullest with proper examples and extra tips and gave me the diet plan without giving me any false hopes and goals. The diet plan wasn't very hard to follow, it had some changes in my existing lifestyle and certain modifications so that I did not find it difficult as it was totally personalized to my routine with some necessary basic exercises. The diet plan had plenty of option to choose from so I did not have to forcefully just eat one thing every day. Supriti ma'am focuses on every tiny bit of the schedule and routine and plans accordingly. The diet did not have any fancy food items, it was very easy to make the food items on our own and it wasn't even any type of crash diet, Madam completely dedicates a whole hour for the patient and totally explains the plan. ***** **** *********** *** ** * ****** ** *** ****** she's just a call or text away if you face any problem ar some query related to the plan, she sends you informational videos and tasty recipes. She's keeps track of the progress of every individual patient and understands the patient totally.

I lost close to 7 kgs in a cumulative 2 months time. I am still in the process as I have to achieve my target goal. I can't thank supriti ma'am for her dedication and her thorough help throughout my journey and am excited and motivated for the further journey too!!

And even in this time where everything is shut down due to covid-19, I still had my appointment with ma'am yesterday on the phone and got my new diet plan explained on the phone itself after that she shared the pdf of the plan too for me to follow.

I had the pleasure of meeting Supriti Dixit this winter when I contacted her for nutrition and weight loss counseling. No question is left unanswered and every doubt is cleared. Her diet plans are very delicious and detailed right from which ingredients to use, the quantity, and also the method of cooking. Her meals come with lots of options and variations which makes it easy to follow without getting bored of the plan. Not only does this help with your goal but it also helps with maintaining self-control. Healthy eating becomes a habit that you don’t wish to break. Personally, I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ma’am. Not only have I started loosing weight in a healthy manner but her plans have also helped with my physical and emotional well-being. My Son (9years old) was suffering from frequent Urine Infections. Initially we consulted with general physician.

But when it repeated 4-5 times, we approached Dr. Kshama Kulkarni. She diagnosed correctly & explained us that

this could happen due to Urine Reflux issue or due to some obstacles in urine path. She suggested few medical tests for confirmation. The tests confirmed that the issue is Urine Reflux.

Dr kshama mam explained us about it very well & suggested for Surgery to stop the reflux.

It was a major Open Bladder Surgery & we were under tremendous stress for the same. My son also had lot many thoughts and queries in his mind.

But Dr Kshama mam explained all the details & addressed all our queries/concerns. She also talk to my son & made him feel relaxed.

She Operated my son in Mai Mangeshkar Hospital. After the operation, She was taking regular follow ups from Hospital staff. My son could not sleep properly for two night & woke up many time during night due to pains. Hospital Staff was everytime reporting it to Kshama madam immediately even at night & she was suggesting medicine for it. She was very supporting throughout 8 days in hospital.

Now my son is recovering fast & We are very thankful to her for the right treatment and proper guidance.

I have been taking diet since May of this year and very much satisfied with the guidance, overall result from all of the sessions by Mrs. Supriti Dixit. Be it for diet consulting or nutrition for elders, I found overall program worthy in all aspects. I've lost around 7 to 8 Kg's after first 2 to 3 sessions.

I opted for 4 sessions initially and based on my results from first 2 to 3 sessions, i decided to go ahead with another 4 sessions. I've also taken nutritional program (general well being diet) for my Mother who also found entire program very effective.

Regarding Mrs. Supriti Dixit, the kind of details she seeks in each session is itself shows that how particular she is in suggesting and preparing a diet plan for you. All of my sessions were around 1 hour, sometimes more than that. She would review everything that was discussed during first session to next follow-up sessions. Her diet plan (meal plan) is very much apt to suit your lifestyle depending upon program you take.

Hi , I am Neil ,age 13 yrs . I was overweight and was unable to loose weight after trying so many things . Then my mom got me introduced to Supriti aunty as they are very good friends . when Supriti Aunty gave me a diet, within 2 months, my weight reduced by 2.5kgs, and some inches too . She told me the whole importance of the diet and why I should do it. She explained everything to me very patiently until I understood what I was doing. Everything she gave in my diet was what I liked. If I didn't like something and she had given it in my diet she replaced it with something I liked and which was healthy. I reached out to Dr. Supriti mam through one of my family friends. I am regular sports person, however have issue with morning starting trouble and digestive system.

She understood my daily routine and my eating habits to great detail and identified few issues. I visited Dr.Supriti for my chronic PMS symptoms along with lack of energy, acidity issues and weakness. Dr.Supriti did a detailed analysis of my lifestyle focusing on all the minute details related to my work timings, travel time , eating habits and so on. She worked out diet and exercise plan for me with all factors in mind which will enable me to follow the plan easily. From the first month itself I saw a huge difference in the way I went through my PMS ( As if it never existed).
