High Risk Pregnancy Specialist!I was trying to conceive naturally for around 3-4 months but did not, and then I panicked. I sought for help.I was overweight due to thyroid and personal negligence. So every doctor I called up during Covid-19 either suggested bariatric or said it is going to be very difficult to impossible to conceive naturally.Then I read reviews about Birth Rebirth clinic of Dr. Mukta Rayate. She recommended a good nutritionist to maintain my weight)But in second trimester, I was detected with high sugar levels (140 fasting, 210 pp). Simultaneously my BP also shooted very high and recurring UTI.Mukta Ma'am discussed all possibilities with my family. She recommended the right specialists who helped me to manage all morbidities.Within two weeks we were back on track (sugar and bp normal) and could manage to stretch my pregnancy until full term. We were trying for baby 6 months, we first visited another doctor who had me injection for egg fertilization which had not not worked, we did not like the previous doctor hence our search led to Rayate Mam. the first thing she told us was 6 months is not a long time and there is no need to worry or take any medication/injection. she asked to just try for normally for another few months. I was pregnant next month itself. Mam helped us throughout pregnancy and delivered the baby as well. instructions were clear and easy to understand and answered all our questions. Mam had given her personal number wand was available on whats app as well and replied to all queries. I will definitely recommend Rayate Mam, you can trust her blindly.

Have never seen such a brilliant doctor. We were consulting her throughout my wife's second pregnancy. In this modern medical word many doctors and hospitals r sitting 4 money but Dr. Rayate she's not money minded and a good human being and expert in her field. She is dedicated and recommends medicines and appointments only whenever needed. Even her patient management system is excellent that u don't have to wait for more time. She is so caring and answers each and every small small doubts of patients both during visits and on WhatsApp and calls.

I have been consultanting Dr Mukata Rayate during my first pregnancy . I remember the day when I called her when my pregnancy test positive and she guided and treated me very well throughout 9 months and Post delivery. She always give me positive vibes and explain everything when I stress out. Moreover she is also available on whatsapp for any emergency communication at odd hours which is very rare these days. She tried for normal delivery by inducing pain as my water break not progressing as expected, finally had to go for c- section. Anyways the doc tried her best for normal delivery. We blessed with a cute healthy baby girl ❤️.

We consulted Dr. Mukta madam for pregnancy with pcod problem. Madam explained root cause in detail and guided to the solution well. We were able to conceive naturally even with underlying pcod issue. We continued our pregnancy consultation with madam only. Madam explained do's and dont's in the pregnancy well, suggested minimum required scanning, proper prescription of tablets for the well-being of the mother and baby. Madam is friendly and approachable over phone at anytime. Madam displays sense of caring and enjoys patient's wellbeing which is a rarity these days. My husband and I visited Dr. Mukta Rayate for pre conception planning.She guided us very well and explained the entire process in detail.When we were conceived, we continued with her for our pregnancy journey and needless to say, the journey was extremely good. She explained all aspects of all the reports (be it lab or ultrasounds) in a detailed manner. That gave us confidence throughout our journey.I was diagnosed with PIH (Pregnancy Induced Hypertension) which was declared as a risk factor. So we decided to induce labour pains (as the position of the baby was favourable) at 37 weeks but unfortunately the labour did not progress as my cervix remained thick so we had to go for Caesarean section and I delivered an extremely healthy baby girl on 18th Sep 2023!

In 1st visit, we got to know she is so polite, humble and talks like a friend making pateint comfortable. She never got irritated even after our repetitive questions and explained all medical terms in very simple language. After our 1st visit, we immediately decided to take complete treatment from her. She is very organized with her schedules and we never had to wait for any of our visits. Incase she is occupied, She is very prompt in replying to queries on whatsapp and we never had to follow up on that part.About Treatment- From Day 1 till birth of our princess, we followed her instructions in terms of medications, diet & exercise which helped my wife in having normal delivery.
