Dr. Patil's Dental Care Centre

I have visited multiple times to Dr. Patil's dental care center during covid 19 pandemic peak time April-July 21 for my 6-year-old Son who has lower molar teeth pain. I was avoiding his treatment due to covid situation from last 1 year but after first visit to clinic I was really impressed with staff as they are maintaining very good Hygiene practice which was must in that situation and after each patient's treatment, they are doing sanitation in a procedure room as well as in waiting area. Hats off to them.

In First visit itself, Dr. Vishwas Patil examines all teeth and suggested treatment for infected 2-3 molar teeth that includes minor, major treatment. He has briefly explained necessity of all those procedures and adverse effect in future if we are not gone through. Also make my son comfortable and did all the treatments step by step as a need.

I would like to say thank Doctor! making my Son's experience so painless, stress-free, and pleasant. Your entire clinic staff is an example of how true professionals perform. You are the most helpful and competent dentist I have ever met. Thank you again for making everything so care-free and straightforward.

Dr. Vishwas is very quick in understanding & locating the issue & guide onto next steps.He has the nice clinic in Chinchwad where we had approached for medication.*** ** *** **** ****** ******* * helped us in suggesting very clearly on the kids dental issue & next actions needed to avoid any further injury at the crucial time for us.

Also, it was nice to have timely monitored on our kid's health via Dr Shreya, who suggested us timely actions and guidance.

I booked an appointment today 1st Aug 2020 for my wife tooth Ache on the urgency bases doctor given us the appointment of 4 O clock evening and upon reaching there doctor is attending other patients and we cooperated with them by waiting 15 to 20 min as they told us there at clinic. But after attending those when our number called of they had given us a form to fill and we filled that, after a while my wife was waiting at other room with taking all precautions but doctor not came to attend her as he had to attend other patient who is arrived at clinic after us. And when wife asked them what is the matter why doctor is not coming as her pain is emerging every minute then answer came from there side wait for 5 min as doctor is washing his hands he will be attending soon we waited for half an hour still no doctor was available. After a while wife asked them again how much they replied just coming in 5 min. This is not a good experience of mine at Pimpri clinic doctor was not understanding the urgency of patient just he had to attend their old patients prioritising when questioned to doctor about the time waiting they said morning appointment is pending first of all we have to attend that after that we can attend you and give medication. I will never recommend on my experience over there.
