My mother had a lot of difficulty walking as both her knees were in bad shape. The left leg was particularly bad as it was bent outwards and extremely painful (later we came to know by almost 25 degrees).

We went to meet Dr Rohit Luthra at Arcus Hospital after reading the positive reviews on the net. Dr Luthra explained all the options open to us and the procedure very clearly. He came across as warm, patient and caring and that helped. It was quite clear to my mother that we had come to the right place .

My mother underwent Total Knee replacement for both knees in February 2020. She was in the hospital for 4 days thereafter. What was unbelievable was that she was able to stand for a few minutes beside her bed the very next day after the surgery. During the next few days stay in the hospital we were very impressed by the conduct of the Arcus staff. The nurses, physiotherapists and doctors were very attentive. Dr Rohit Luthra visited the room everyday sometimes twice a day to monitor the progress and answered all our queries and encouraged my mother every time. Slowly and steadily my mother was able to walk in the corridor and after 3 days climb a few stairs in the hospital.

She underwent physiotherapy for 3-4 weeks after coming home. After that every week the progress was steady and noticeable.

Today it is more than 3 months since the surgery. My mother is able to walk comfortably , the pain she used to experience is gone. Her quality of life and well being has increased tremendously due to that. My mother and our family is grateful to Dr Rohit Luthra and the Arcus hospital staff for all their help in making this possible.

It has been a wonderful experience for my dad who went for THR surgery. We had so many doubts and confused to whether go for the surgery considering the age and other complications. Rohit Sir not only clarified on each minute detail but his confidence, approachable whenever needed and expertise helped us taking an informed decision. It has been 6 weeks now and dad is able to walk without any support. Thank you Dr. Rohit for everything! Best wishes

Had to wait for two hours for a small treatment.

Absolutely don’t understand why the doctor has to take the x-ray again when I was carrying the clear x-ray from a renowned hospital.

Doctor is awesome and very polite and to the point expalintion of the treatment***** **** ************* ***.i totally recommend this doctor.

Dr. Rohit Luthra is a very friendly, cheerful and understanding gentlemen. He puts his patients at ease and all are treated equally. This according to me is an important trait in the medical field. His expertise in fixing two broken bones in my hand is what I marvel and greatly appreciate. May God bless him and his family abundantly.

visited twice for knee pain issue ,which is 100% cured . Doctor was quick in action and diagnose/medication .One request to doctor ,please advise or suggest to patient on life style/workout/diets/ tips and above all educate with all DO's and DONT'S so that people like us who are not medically literate can become cautious in future . Overall my assessment smart and good doctor.

I visited first time in this hospital and found in good location easy to find. Neat and clean reception but staffs are not experienced it appears to me and even not friendly they are just doing there job only. This will give little hit to Hospital. This has to be give attention to Management... Thanks
