Really Suffer lot from Knee pain and back pain because of Bike ride, Daily i have to ride bike for 50-60 KM for work. Because of Back pain i cant sleep well in night, I cant sleep in normal position. its to hard to turn back or sleep like other normal persons, every day when i woke up i feel the pain on my back and hips, so i told my mom regarding this problem, she told me consult a doctor, As my mom said i went to this doctor.

When went to his clinic its full of rush then i waited on queue, once my turn come i went inside the consultation room, then doctor ask me to sit and tell your problem. then i told all the problem i faced why woke up in morning. he ask me that you feel pain always or only in morning, i said only in morning, then he ask me that, will u sleep on floor or like sleeping mat for that i said yes doctor with the sleeping mat i will sleep . And he advise me that make any nice cotton bed and do some exercise in morning.

He said that its just normal because of your sleeping habit and that sleeping mat so change that you will feel the difference. The Doctor Communication is well good, Very Polite and Analysis all the problem and gave me the result. Clinic Setup was tooo Good and Clean.

Very Experience Doctor.At last he prescribed the medicine for 3 days for pain and gave me some oilment to apply on knee and back. Then with the smile i leave the clinic.

Three day as he told i change my Sleeping mat and now i feel comfortable. Very happiee now that i can sleep very well now a days . Thanks a lot Doctor. Thank u so much
