It is a 100 bed capacity tertiary level hospital, complete with ER, ICU, NICU, Operating/Delivery Room Complex, Endoscopy Center, Pharmacy, Laboratory, X-ray and other Multi Diagnostic services. It is owned and operated by Unihealth-Parañaque Hospital and Medical Center Inc., a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
It is duly licensed by the Department of Health (DOH) and accredited by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth). UPAR also has several accredited HMO’s and Medical Insurance providers. What sets UPAR-HMC apart from other hospitals is the thrust to bring the healthcare cost down, in order to be able to serve the widest clientele, without sacrificing the quality of services that it provides.
