The medicine worked but the waiting time was three hours long, and their is no point in taking online appointment as they are going to make you wait like other patients who directly visit the clinic without any prior appointment.

Hoped for better: Wait time

The doctor was very good in the first meeting but i did not get chance to meet her this time because of the negligient amd arrogant behaviour of the receptionist. Iwent to the clinic and the receptionist straight away told me to wait for 3 4 hours and told me not to book from practo. I told her that i have already paid the money, she straigjt away told that this is not her problem. Why they take online payments and bookings when they have no time? Highly unprofessional staf.This was my second visit.
