First of all I would like to make clear that the doctor is very knowledgeable and friendliness. So I am not going to discuss any further feedback on doctor.

But the thing that hurts the most is about the time, even after prior booking on practo platform you will not get easily appointment as per scheduled wise. Intact you to have to be physically present and deposits the required sum of money before alloting any number to you as per the order of respective patients. So all in all there is no any benefits of using practo platform for confirm booking appointments you need to be there at the clinic itself to get your turn.

The doctor was very good in the first meeting but i did not get chance to meet her this time because of the negligient amd arrogant behaviour of the receptionist. Iwent to the clinic and the receptionist straight away to

The doctor was very good in the first meeting but i did not get chance to meet her this time because of the negligient amd arrogant behaviour of the receptionist. Iwent to the clinic and the receptionist straight away told me to wait for 3 4 hours and told me not to book from practo. I told her that i have already paid the money, she straigjt away told that this is not her problem. Why they take online payments and bookings when they have no time? Highly unprofessional staf.This was my second visit.

She didn't give time to explain my problem even she didn't see my medicine which I were using....she prescribed a 10 days medicine which cost rs1500..
