Dr. Ramakant Kumar

No doubt Dr Ramakant is *** ** *** **** *** **** friendly doctor in town. My family has been visiting him for all orthopaedic issues since 2017.

My only issue is that as per doctor and his staff they have stopped taking Practo appointments but still they are offering online slots on practo.

I had booked a slot at 6pm and when I reached there i was informed that they have stopped taking Practo appointments long back.

I had to wait for two hours because of this.

Even today when i am writing this review appointments are still being given.

The receptionist at the clinic suggested to shift on “Healthplix” platform next time.

I would request Dr Ramakant to please look into this as it creates a state of confusion and inconvenience.

We have 7 patients including my family and relatives (my parents and my bhaiya and bhabhi;). My bhaiya met accident two times. Each time we had a satisfactory experience with him.He treated my brother without any surgery and he is doing fine even after the fracture of both collar bones. I met several times as attendent, this time as a patient. He was always cool and calm, smiling. I love his smile because you will rarely find any doctor smiling here in Patna. He would never try to create any panic though he would make you aware about each and every aspect of our treatment very calmly. The best part I observed with all the treatments is no unnecessary check ups , very less medicines( even not prescribed costly calcium tablets which seems to be birthright for an orthopedic to prescribe ) and he would avoid xrays as far as possible .It is very rare to find such an honest doctor these days especially in Patna. I slipped at Delhi metro station on 6th June 2017 and I was to leave on 7th for Patna. Even after having pain and swelling, I thought to wait for next 36 hours for meeting him rather than loosing my pocket in Delhi.I met yesterday, without xrays he told me that their is no any fracture, prescribed rest, ice pack application and believe me I am feeling much better today. I would strongly recommend to anyone not with single experience but at least 7-8 patients. Thanks a lot sir.

I had visited for my problem long back in the month of February and had to go back to Delhi immediately after the treatment and after that I had visited doctor in Delhi and Pune but of no use.. Dr Ramakant is extremely wonderful doctor who gives time to patients, listen ,help and treat them in best possible manner..My knee pain is solved and currently able to sustain well.. Now my mother in law is facing similar issue and we again happen to visit Dr Ramakant and she is yet to follow the medication from tomorrow onwards and we hope to see her with results working..But ultimate solution is definitely what we have to plan for knee replacement.. If it's a problem related to your bone . Then you just have searched *** *** **** *******I mean you can't expect a doctor taking more responsibility than him.He is loyal to his work and takes everything very seriously. I visited him for ligament surgery of my brother and he did it brilliantly. 11/10 for him. 100% all round satisfaction.

During an accident my ACL got completely tore. I had ACL reconstruction surgery by Dr. Ramakant Kumar. My surgery took place in Ruben Memorial in August. I got internal infection after surgery. After repeatedly complaining and when Puss started to come out Doctor advised me for another surgery which took place in september. But my condition got worse and Puss started coming for multiple site near my Knee and Thigh. After that I had to consult another doctor. Since then I have 2 more surgery. I am still not able to walk after 4 months.

He had operated upon my father for fracture in his femur (in Ruban Hospital, Patna). Very nice doctor I have ever faced. Selection of implant by the Dr. was very good. ********* *** **** ********** *** recovery was also very fast. He observes patient carefully even after post-operation and gives suggestions very nicely. His connection with AIIMS and his Foreign experiences in the field of surgery attract us. Very energetic doctor. My father appreciates him very much. May God bless him.

My mother went for the treatment yesterday (31.08.2017) only ,****** ** **** ************* *** ********* I have lot of expectations from the doctor that he would surely cure my mother's problem.

Thanks to doctor for suggesting exercises to my mother.

I visited the doctor a week back regarding my moms knee pain. She has osteoarthritis knee , consulted many orthopedic for this but could not get a satisfactory treatment.
