Dr. Rashmi Prasad

A Special thanks Dr. Rashmi Prasad Madam and Diwya Vatsalya Mamta IVF Team to give the happiest moment in my life. First Attempt I got conceived, after 12 years of my marriage the transparency of Costing and the IVF Treatment. I would like to Thank you Dr. Rashmi Prasad and the whole team of Diwya Vatsalya Mamta IVF.

We consulted Dr. Rashmi Prasad Madam for repeated miscarriages. The hospital staff and adminstration are very supportive and they work round the clock to ensure everything is fine. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Rashmi Prasad and Diwya Vatsalya Mamta IVF and thank them for all the support over so many months to have our second bundle of joy.

My experience was miserable. The doctor has no value for other's time *** ******* **** *** ********** ** **** ** *** ******** She even insulted me in front of her staff.

Despite of taking the prior appointment, I had to wait for 3 hours for my turn, because the doctor hadn't turned up.

Because of the rush, she barely gave 5 mins to each patient.

If you have any regards for your money and time, please don't visit the doctor.

I booked the doctor twice. The main problem was higher wait time. Even after booking for a slot both times, I was made to wait because doc was doing something inside her private cabin, with empty waiting area(There was no one inside or outside). The staff has been most unhelpul, rude and lost in her phone - specially the assistant/compounder. ** ***** *** ******* *** ****** ** ****** ***** ** *** ********** ******* *** ********* ***** *** ****** **** ***** ***** ** ********** **** *** ****** ****** ***** ******* ******** **** patients who are nervous already. The second visit today was more pathetic. Got a call from clinic to arrive 30 mins early. But eventually got to visit the doctor 26 mins after the initial scheduled slot. Had to wait for 56 mins for no understandable reason. What's the point of booking a slot??!! And worse, she wouldn't allow even husband inside cabin when she started diagnosis. Would never recommend this doctor to any of my near and dear ones!!

My experience with Dr. Rashmi Prasad at the Diwya Vatsalya Mamta IVF Center was very beautiful and successful, and I am completely satisfied with it. As for the doctor, She is very, very wonderful, respect of patients, responsible, and caring for them.

After loosing all our hopes of being a parent, as a last hope decided to visit Diwya Vatsalya Mamta IVF, Patna the services that we received throughout our journey from Vatsalya Mamta IVF are excellent. We would like to thank Dr. Rashmi Prasad mam whole heartedly for all the support and guidance, she is a wonderful doctor and lovely to speak too, and the staffs are friendly and caring. Thank you once again..

Its important to be reassuring to the patient, but the staff seems very unco ordinated and clueless about the patient history in every visit. The remarks from doctor was also contrast from first diagnosis, which left me weary than calm. I would suggest to show more patience so the patient is able to talk about her symptoms and given apt explanation. After all the patient is there to get better and clarify any doubts. In addition she is quite rude with her own staffs

Doctor is okay but wait time and quality of treatment is not as per charged amount like test recommended by her though I have done it 2 months back and also ultrasound process need to have more quality. Patient always need more info though doctor is good and qualified but Process should be patient friendly. We know each patient will be different but doctor should be same for all. As per my experience in Pune and US , experience in Patna through this clinic is not above average. Just Doctor need to improve the process

Satisfactory. .can be much better ..more trained assistant and better coordination can help improve your standards. .aside the reports quality and delivery was delayed due to causaul behaviour of staff.myself have done rigorous follow up to get the reports delivered to me.
