Dr. Krisinda Dim-Jamora is a Philippine board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon. She holds her private clinic at the Makati Medical Center and The Medical City Ortigas. She currently heads both the Skin Cancer Unit of the Medical City Cancer Center and the Dermatologic Surgery Subspecialty Clinic of the Skin and Cancer Foundation. She is faculty member of the Ateneo de Manila School of Medicine and Public Health- where she teaches medical students regarding skin cancer detection and management.She heads the Dermatologic Surgery Subspecialty Core Group of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS) and sits on the Board of Directors of the PDS.Dr. Dim-Jamora graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. She finished her medical degree at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine as a scholar of the Commision on Higher Education and U.P. Alumnae Class of 1967.Dr. Dim-Jamora underwent Dermatology Residency training at the Skin and Cancer Foundation, one of the ten academic institutions accredited by the Philippine Dermatological Society. She was Chief resident during her final year in residency. During her Chief resident year, she did a preceptorship with Dr. Mitchel Goldman in La Jolla, California and Dr. Neil Sadick in Manhattan, New York under the auspices of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.Dr. Dim-Jamora was number 9 in the Philippine Board of Dermatology. She finished a one-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Dim-Jamora also served as surgical dermatology fellow at the Parkland Hospital and Veterans Administration Hospital at Dallas. She has published in peer-reviewed journals internationally and abroad. Dr. Dim-Jamora is the only Philippine member of the American College of Mohs Surgery. She practices at The Medical City and at the Makati Medical Center.
