Ms. Mihul Narad

When I started the session I was in a state that I have zero motivation to do anything in life...from there she made me recover from all my depressive thoughts to a fresh start..she is really empathetic and non judgemental and her methods helped me heal faster

I am a patient a patient of bipolar disorder for the last more than 50 years. Actually I met dr Mihul during my non-depressive cycle simply to learn a few techniques which I could apply during my depressive phase to control my depression. Some of those tecniques I found quite useful.She is quite professional and friendly in her approach.

My daughter, 17 years, had anxiety related issues which had caused her to underperform in her academics and a general loss of self esteem. Her sessions with you have helped her immensely. She is more confident now and her faith in herself has definitely gone up which is evident in the good grades she has got in her tests at school. A big thank you.

Ive had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Mihul. She is very approachable, and also led me to some practical application bases practices that have improved the quality of my days and brought me mental peace. I love how she doesnt have a distant/cold 'doctor' persona but is easy going so its easy to share, yet, she does guide you to practices. Very balanced sessions over all.

It is usually very difficult to be able to be able to connect with a therapist and very important to find the right fit for you. I had a few counseling sessions with Ms Mihul Narad for stress and anxiety. And I found her approach very helpful. She's empathetic and objective. She was able create personalised steps for me to follow which I was able to incorporate in my everyday life. She is approachable and understands the current day issues which made it easier to get to the root of the issues and create workable structures for daily management.

I was very pleased with my experience with Dr Mihul Narad . I have long history of smoking assossiated with phsycological reasons , I have been consulting different doctors and phsycologists but this time my experience with Dr Mihul Narad was world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was so good to be treated with professionalism and care. I remember how clouded and unorganized my mind was when I first went to Ms. Mihul. It was unorganized and negative to the point where my depression was on the point of causing me to harm myself.

Now I'm able to cope with much more and look at things in a healthier manner. I'm able to smile. And that's beautiful and could only have been possible with her help. I will forever be in debt.

Mihul listens patiently and understands the problems well. I felt like I am getting a lot of emotional support, which was missing before. She helped me in seeing that I was in a toxic relationship and how I can deal with in a healthy way. She made me realise that I deserve better friends and how self love will help me find good people in future.
