A visit to Clinic, having severe toothache is a terrible experience but I felt so comfort and relief with the treatment given to me by Dr. Neelam who is so friendly that one feels like home in her clinic. It's no exaggeration in saying that Dr. Neelam and her team is Superb. Dr. Neha too explains the patient regarding treatment very efficiently and calmly. Counter Staff too specially Ms. Harshita is very supportive and helpful. Moreover, they are taking proper precautions as safety measures considering Covid. 👍

It is really nice to have such Doctors around who assist and help patients selflessly. I was having a severe pain in one of my tooth cavity when I called Dr Neelam on her phone for help as we cannot go outside during Covid-19 lockdown. She asked me to share the image of problematic tooth. I shared the blur image of my Molar and she not only suggested me the possible medicines but also told me little hack/tips to follow for next couple of weeks (during lock down) to reduce the swelling and eventually to save that tooth. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Dr Shoury for her job expertise to the entire satisfaction of the patient.The environment of the clinic is excellent ie neat, tidy n musical which help the patient to forget his half the problem just he enter n sit on the Dental chair. She cure the patient with her best ability n technique. But charges are much higher than expected.If these become reasonable then she is next to God.I prey for her long n happy life. Thanks

Firstly, I have not seen any dentist charging Rs6000 for RCT. I got RCT done for one of my teeth in Bangalore, which is upposed to be one of the costliest cities in India and, it costed me 4.5k which I feel is on a higher side.Secondly after getting the rct done the filling came off in a weeks time which is not acceptable and I had to pay some other dentist to get it fixed. I have one teeth that I got rct done almost 3 years ago and I still have the filling intact and haven't got the capping done.******** ******* *** *** *** ***** *** ****** *** ****** *** ** ***** My gut feel after entering the clinic was not get the RCT done from her but I ignored it and paid the price for it.Don't go to her if you want to save your time and money.

I and my family have now been under dental treatment of Dr Neelam Shourie, City Dental Clinic,for all aspects including broken tooth fixing, for last 5 years.

We have always found her most empathetic, patient and competent in caring and treating us, as also other patients in the Clinic.

She always has abundant time to explain the intricacies of each case in simple and lay-man's language and taking personal care throughout.

X-ray was taken for the affected tooth. X-ray showed that the there was infection at the root end which was causing swelling and pain. Doctor suggested to carry out root canal treatment to save the tooth. A hole was drilled on the surface of the tooth, the affected tissue and pulp was removed with the help of specially designed files which goes deep inside the canals. Once the initial cleaning is done the canals are cleaned with the help of medicine to disinfect and remove debris. After this the tooth was sealed for one day and was inspected on next day. Second day also the tooth access was opened and the root canals inspected for infection and cleaned again. Basically the procedure requires about 3 to 4 sittings but the overall experience is good and finally this RCT saved my tooth.

We have been coming here from last few years now and every time I stepped out with a broad confident smile. In corporate world we have to be perfect in every sense and smile is a vital aspect of confidence. Thank you for all the smiles Neelam mam and Pankaj sir. Harshita mam has been very kind and helpful too. Overall a very peaceful and painless experience .. I had a phobia of dentist drilling sound but now I feel pretty okay with it. A perfect solution for all dental related concerns. Thank you again :)

She is very nice doctor.we are satisfied with her in all our treatments .Her nature his very good.she is familiar to all her patients.Her speaking skills are also very much good.we are coming here from 13 years.Her clinic is very neat & clean.All the staff members are also nice and well behaved.Their service is much better than other clinics.she talks to us in a good way and listens to all our problems.Whenever any of our neighbours ask for a good dentist we always refer to her.she doesn't ignore any of our problems.
