Apart from treating thousands of dental patients successfully, and becoming the leading dental surgeon of the area in no time, Dr Grover also got associated with dental colleges as teaching faculty. He is one of the Founder Member of Private Dental Practitioners Association, Panchkula. He also served various executive positions in Indian Dental Association, Chandigarh, Panchkula and Haryana State branches like Secretary, Treasure, and Vice President etc.
