Pre-appointed visit on 25.06 for my wife treatment. Dr reported in clinic at around 11.15AM. though appointment time was 10.00AM. Dr was polite and explained in detail for his observation of patient problem and action plan of treatment. Dr prescribed medicin and advise test for Anti CCP, ANA & Dexa scan. Suddenly a person approached us with medicines and ask for payment of RS 1966 for medicines and RS 500 for Dr consultation fee. We were surprised but we paid the charges for no other option. Consultation fee shown on App was 300.Then technician asked to give blood for Anti CCP and ANA test. It was new surprise. Technician collected the sample. and ask to pay RS 2600. Payment was done and asked for receipt. Receipt was denied on the pretext that online payment confirmation is receipt. Later I checked with other lab for the above test charges and advised as RS 2300. Our feedback of visit was not encouraging.
