In the process of completing her post-graduation, She has worked as an intern in Kailash Hospital, Noida, and several rehabilitation centers in Greater Noida as well. She was employed as a counsellor in Ramagya School, Noida where She began her journey as a School Counselor. At Ramagya, she has assigned to counsel all grades and had taken several workshops on topics such as good touch and bad touch, bullying, interpersonal skills, multiple intelligence, learning styles, etc. She is a part of cultural events and promotions for the school as a counselor as well.
She got the opportunity to expand her experience at Manav Rachna International School, Noida, where she was given the responsibility to cater to Special Needs Students, developing their IEPs and taking individual sessions for personal growth as well as helping them adjust to the classroom environment. She was coordinating with teachers regarding their syllabus and academic growth as well as the challenges faced in teaching them in class. She has taken responsibility for special needs students. She had also been taking Soft Skills classes as regular slots which included content creation for each session. Several workshops during the year on topics such as Menstruation, Study Skills for seniors, Stress and Anxiety, etc. She had also been nominated by the Director of MRIS Schools to be a part of university-level projects including the Life and Career Development program which included tasks of content creation and workshops. She took parent and student counseling sessions regularly throughout the year. Workshops with teachers were also scheduled throughout the year to keep a positive work environment and also to spread awareness regarding special needs students and mental health issues. All these tasks were carried out efficiently throughout the period of the pandemic and online mode of teaching.
She is continuing her journey as a School Counsellor at The Infinity School, Greater Noida West, where She is taking forward all responsibilities as required. She is also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology from Galgotias University, Greater Noida.
