Hello ma’am,I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to your mother.Actually there has been miscommunications at both ends which led to this problem.You had been showing different audiologists from the start and also switching between our two centre’s which of course I understand is for convenience purpose.The day your appointment was rescheduled we tried calling you but there was a network issue,but u always receive a message from practo for any changes.Unfortunately,I was not able to see you the other day because the appointment was for an earlier time and you got late.Since I was committed to other patients equally,I had requested another colleague to see you.I shall be calling you again to give you the lists of places you can get programming done in Lucknow.Lastly please maintain the trust as we have and will always do our best for our patients.
