"Incredible" is the word for Dr. Shivi. She has been a life changer for me. I have tried all diets including GM, Keto etc and lost n gained weight big time. I gained alot of weight during lockdown and then contacted Dr. Shivi through a friend's reference. I really thank Doctor Shivi, when I enrolled for weight loss program, my weight was 87 kgs and I was having Diabetes, Thyroid and High BP. She guided me and helped me with various diet plan at regular intervals. Which helped me to reduce my weight and it also regulated my blood sugar levels, thyroid and BP . My current weight is 76 kgs and current blood sugar levels are normal and medicine dosage is reduced.

I really appreciate her for being polite and at the same time making me understand benefits of various Deits she suggested.

I started on 7th June with weight 87.5 . According to my height i am overweight. I have lost 7 kgs till date and working on to lose more. I took 3 months plan and i have 2 more months in my pocket. I know reaching 65 kg is still a long journey, but now i belive that i can achieve this. This belief i have is due to Shivi mam. My experience with Shivi is really great. Without changing much from my diet in terms of food I eat, she created a plan that has all the nutrition value required. I reached out to her when I was 84 kg and right now my weight is 77. in just 1.5 months , I am able loose 7 kgs that too in lockdown when u can't do much of excercise. My defination of dieting has now completely changed as earlier it was just starving and now it's healthy eating. Sometime you need a proper guidance to achieve a goal , and for me that's her...not achieved my final goal yet but i think I can do it.
