I was introduced to Dr. Reema through my daughter for nutrition and weight loss counseling. I had been trying to lose weight for quite some time but couldn’t succeed. With Reema’s program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food and most importantly learning the fact that losing weight is 70% diet and 30% physical activity. Dr. Reema did not restrict my eating habits but taught me how to introduce healthier things into my diet & also which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle and healthier living. She also introduced me to very simple exercises alongside walk so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. Through Reema’s program I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking that I was learning to change my life.

To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost weight and continue to lose more. I don’t think I would’ve been able to achieve this without Dr. Reema and her program.

Hello everyone!

Considering everyone has become conscious about their health and what one eats, my husband (Utpal) and I were enthusiastic to join a diet since really long. Thankfully, our very close friends introduced us to Reema.

Reema is an excellent dietitian who caters to your needs. We signed up for a three month programme and I can definitely vouch for it. We were initially scared to join this diet because both Utpal and I are big time foodies. Her diet did not make us starve even one bit. Infact we could only follow 80% of the everyday diet.

We are so grateful to Reema because her diet helped us in making small changes in our eating pattern which now has conveniently gotten in to our routine. With the diet provided by her and exercises 5 times a week, we definitely feel lighter and happier. We did shed some kilos as well :)

Firstly she called me to reschedule the video consultation from 12:30 to 1pm which is totally okay , I understand that she might be busy though I was not told the reason for the same.

Consultation was barely for 5 to 7 minutes, I told her about my issues and she didn’t tell me why all of it is happening, most of the time she was trying to see some app and asked me to take the paid subscription if I want a planned diet plan.

She asked me to WhatsApp me my daily routine and gave a diet plan where she didn’t take anything in consideration, she didn’t even give any calorie count and when I raised this query , she didn’t reply to me and it has been 3 days now.( I can provide a screenshot for reference if required)

During the covid times , being locked in our homes , I had gained a lot of weight, and had bloating issues. This is the time when I joined online weight loss program with Nutritionist Reema Madhian. I have already plost 4 kgs in 15 days and am feeling so light and healthy. The bloating and gut issues are so much better and also my skin texture has improved. Very easy to talk to, not at all intimidating. Is rather quite accommodating. Consulted for reoccurring gastritis and the diet shared worked almost immediately. It was customized to my lifestyle and I could feel the results soon.

My Dietitian was outstanding for her supportive guidance. At first it all seemed too easy - I could eat anything I want as long as I am responsible?\nCrazy. It took me a while to trust her ideas until I realized that ultimately it was up to me to get healthy - with her expert guidance. I now focus on enjoying tasty healthy food, committing to exercise, and not focusing on the scale. And the results? Never felt better, eat much more interesting and tasty food and people tell me it looks like Ihave lost weight. Feels like it but I'm not checking. Don't need to. Just loving this healthy feeling.\
