Ms. Neevita Narayan

My father (age 70Y) visited Dr. Neevita to get a hearing device with tinnitus masking feature. He was diagnosed with Unilateral Peripheral Vestibulopathy ** *** ** *** **** *** ********** ** ****** During his first visit, instead of straightaway providing what is asked for (Hearing Aid), Dr. Neevita conducted a series of tests. Mind that the tests are necessary to know the real cause of suffering. When she doubted over the previous diagnosis, she advised to have a joint consultation with Dr. Ameet Kishore **** **** *** ************

In the joint consultation, they spent around an hour doing tests, examining patient's conditions and asking detailed questions. At the end, it surfaced that his feeling of 'uneasiness' had been misinterpreted as 'chakkar' in the previous diagnosis. We didnt realise the difference and importance of these two words. The previous doctor had considered a vertigo type condition based on patient's statement without self verification and had recommended for vestibular rehabilitation in addition to hearing aid. Dr. Neevita and Dr. Ameet's diagnosis revealed the real problem was not vertigo but it was just tinnitus only. And then they prescribed and provided suitable hearing aid.

I am really glad that we consulted Dr. Neevita on time, else the treatment would had gone into the wrong direction.

Both Dr. Neevita and Dr. Ameet are very experienced, humble, genuine and real professionals. They truly want to help patient. Hard to find such genuine doctors these days. Thank you

My niece had trouble speaking and spoke haltingly. Someone suggested me to see Dr. Neevita Narayan. So I took my nephew to the Dr. The Dr suggested him for a therapy session. After the therapy session he has become much better and has been able to talk better.

I am 88 years old, retd as Joint Secretary to GOI and later ex- Advisor to Govt. Corporation (THDC).

Of late, I started having serious issues with my hearing aids and even my speech has been getting adversely affected while wearing it. I am very happy that Neevita has carried out a thorough hearing test and has quickly identified the problem. She has recalibrated the instrument to my full satisfaction. She and her staff have been extreme helpful and understanding. Neevita is no doubt highly competent and expert in the field of hearing and speech therapy..

I visited doctor Neevita over concern relating to issues with my speech. The doctor was very patient and friendly. She understood my problem and counselled me about the issue I was facing and helped me understand what we can do about it.

I was then assigned to Preeti Mishra, we then started with a diagnostic test to identify the areas for improvement. Then we started our weekly therapy session where we worked on my speech in a systematic manner.

After few sessions we had to shift our session to skype due to Covid 19, but the team was really helpful and we were able to work on my speech therapy in a fruitful manner.

Overall I have observed improvement in my speech and would recommend the doctor.

I am not satisfied with the doctor and the consultation. Somebody else gives the consultation and not the doctor I went for. She got a bit irritated when my child was playing naughty. She told us that we should discipline our baby else it would be a big problem in the school. Come on he is just 2 years and 9 months old. How come he would know what to do and what not. She didn't test anything and told us that we should take a therapy package and that all speech or hearing tests would be covered in the package itself.

Also, at the reception, the lady was not polite, we were late by just half an hour as we were stuck in the heavy traffic. The lady was arguing that why didn't we inform them about the late arrival.

Bad experience!! and not recommended at all

Consultation with doctor was ok. But the overall professionalism at the clinic was missing big time. Their team was focusing on getting customer and misguided with the charge they said I would have to get on a formal 30-40 min assessment as part of consultation charging 800, but at clinic after paying for consultation they asked me to pay 2000 additional for the assessment. which I had clearly clarified before I went for the consultation.

Eventually I ended up paying for consultation without a concrete plan neither there was a follow up. So a thumbs down.

Explained issues found in tests and guided me well towards treatment solution. Tests were done professionally

Its been only a month since we had started the speech sessions here. Can't tell much but Yes there is a improvement. I can see some progress,my son is trying to be clear in his words. And even speaking the 'R' word on and off which he was not able to speak properly before. Gunjan Ma'am is taking care of my son. She is a very nice Doctor. And have good experience to guide the parents in the right direction. Which she is doing with us. Hope she continues to help my son

to get better in his speech and we together reach our desired goal. Thank you so much for all your help.

The way Dr.Ameet Kishore Sir ENT Cochlear Implant surgeon explained things with us was exemplary .His and other concerned doctors behavior was beyond expectations and at SPHear Clinic they also explained all the things very clearly and behaved properly with us .

Iam satisfied for my daughter preeti which is cochlear implanted patient. Under going treatment of preeti in this clinic. as speech therapy,mapping of implant, aidded etc.All procedures which are required patient done here.
