Since 10 years , I am facing the issue of depression, anxiety and panic attacks, which were controlling and dictating my life. I used to feel helpless and powerless and had already been to various psychiatrists and psychologists, but not much any relief.While searching psychotherapies on internet, I came across Hypnotherapy as way of treatment. I got intrigued and searched through many forums to understand the success rate of this, and I was amazed to see so many success stories!I immediately searched for hypnotherapists in Practo and Neelima’s profile also came up. I went through the feedbacks and all of them were vouching for the effectiveness of her sessions. I immediately booked my appointment for the same day.In first session, she listened to me patiently for half an hour and dug out the patterns which were self repeating and the root cause of psychological issues. At first instance, I could not agree, that these patterns are responsible for my state, but when I came back home and did little research on phobias and fears, I immediately saw the dots connecting.In short, I have taken 4-5 sessions as of now, and I can see much difference in my whole being. Each session, we tackle one issue and try to resolve it. Still, there is lot to change and long journey to take, but I strongly recommend Neelima Ma’am to anyone who feels he/she has is trapped inside their mind and needs to come out.

In terms of the results I got for the challenges I was facing, I believe I am on track, I've had break through's like I've never had before. Whatever she does, I don't know how, but it works.

My suggestion to someone reading this : if your stuck somewhere in life, any area that is of importance to you, just for few sessions TRUST HER! Go with that belief, be open and share honestly what you feel and in return I believe she will do her best to get you out of it.

Normally when I fall sick I visit a doctor, but what do I do if im stuck in my mind, unable to do what I really want to do?
