As a Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience, She has worked with thousands of individuals, families and couples. Most of her clients are Millennials and Gen-zs who may seem like they've got it all together on the outside but maybe experiencing internal struggles ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, gender identity concerns, or life transitions like parenting, marriage, divorce, grief, relocation etc.

While She trained in Mindfulness, CBT, and Trauma Focussed therapies like EMDR, her approach is warm, collaborative and She believe that our presence in therapy is fundamental in the shifts she create. She completed her M. Sc. In Applied Psychology from Pondicherry University in 2011 and also hold PG Certificate in Counselling Psychology from CCC Vellore / Institute of Human Relations & Psychotherapy in association with Martin Luther King University. She is also one of the few therapists in Kochi/ Chennai trained in EMDR ( trauma informed care ) which can be highly beneficial for those struggling with complex trauma.
