Regarding Time, Mr.Akshay Kapoor, Hi Power LASER treatment was given to you not a normal treatment and the duration for this treatment is 15-20 minutes in a single area. Then come to charges, You were (in fact every Patient or his/her attendant ) told before starting the treatment the difference between both treatments and you have opted Hi Power Laser Therapy and also said Money is not an issue. One more thing, the duration of the treatment should not compare with money, it depends on the Quality of the treatment you were given. And you took only two sessions from us. Regarding the dust on equipment, we are sorry, as we don't have any attendant, we three Doctors here neglected the same, and we will make it sure in the future, to take care of all these.
