As far as I can recall, I've suffered from anxiety and mild depression since I was 11 years old. I didn't know then what my condition is called. I always felt different and like a misfit amongst my peers. Until a year ago, when I felt tired of living like this, I decided to reach out for help. Initially I would go for online sessions out of my fears. One being no one would know that I've mental health issues. I was scared of being judged just like all of us do. But I never find those sessions satisfying. I felt they don't even care. I had overworked myself as a coping mechanism to keep myself busy with work. When that breaking point was reached, I found Dr. Malik's profile on practo and I finally gathered up the courage to go and see her. I'm glad I made that decision. When we first met, she made me feel so much comfortable. She listened to me very patiently and for the first time I felt heard by someone. She explained to me the treatment and the psychological tests that I should undertake before starting with the treatment. Those were a great way to let me understand myself better and it made me acknowledge some of the things which were always there in my sub conscious mind.

It's been a year since I'm seeking therapy sessions with Dr. Malik and I feel so much confident and hopeful than earlier. She has taught me techniques to control my anxiety and I'm really grateful to her for that.

Dr. Mitsuvi Malik is an extremely professional person. She has very good methods of professional sessions in which she descibes the problems and solutions to the patient on more of a scientific/Medical level. But she also indulges in very personal sessions in which she tries to listen mostly from the person and tries to give an advice or solution very articulate in way but very helpfull.

I have been getting help from her for quite some time now, and ahe has helped me tremendously with facing my problems.

She is a professional at all times but at times she also gives you advice or help on personal which is very kind of her.

I would definitely recommend her to any person who has any psychological issue or they think they have problems dealing with just daily life. She really knows what she is doing, she has plenty of experience and has a very unique ability to connect with person that allows both parties to reqch to a rqtional conclusion. I could write pages about her qualities, but that would just be to boring for you people to read instead, VISIT Dr. Mitsuvi and i can guarantee, you wont be diappointed.
