Mr. Sunil Rai (Physiotherapist)

I was diagnosed of Lumber spinal stenosis. L4,L5 and S1 are fused in my case. I was not able to walk even 50 steps at one time. Couldn't stand more than 1 min at a stretch. I was advised surgery by orthopedic specialist.

We consulted Dr Rai. He indicated I did not require surgery and he'd help me get back to my normal life.

It's been 25 days of physiotherapy and I have been walking 2000 steps without any pain. My treatment is still on and I am now sure I shall have a quality life again.

This appointment was for my mother.She is senior citizen, and has been leading an active life till Jan 2017.

But presently was suffering badly due to pain, and inability to get up on her own as Frozen shoulder impacts your hand movement.

Doctor Sunil Rai, gave a patient hearing. Understood her difficulty, and we enrolled for the 15 day package treatment advised.
