I was suffering from muscle spasms at multiple locations spread over my back, shoulder and complete right hand for a. Did a few sittings and everything got fine. Then we discovered that I also had swelling on my tendon under thumb, which was highlighted after all the pains due to spasms had settled, issue with my right hand wrist came up. This treatment took quite more than a week time since it was really severe. And by 5th day I could feel it was getting better.

Dr Pooja is well experienced. I would recommend her for sure.

I have to visit another city which is why I have to take break and therfore she has guided me to do required exercises very nicely also guided to utilize the theraband.

I hope that with the exercises at home the complete receover takes place, however, if required, I would for sure visit her for more therapy sessions.

Dr. Pooja is an excellent physiotherapist, i had a chronic pain in my back since last 1.5 years and i had shown it to multiple orthopaedics and Physiotherapists without any visible improvement.I took around 15 sessions with her and poof my back ache is almost gone, she is very detailed oriented and makes sure she understands everything about the medical condition before treatment, i will easily recommend her to anyone!!
