I was experiencing acute pain in my neck, shoulder, and back which got aggravated post the heat treatment given by the earlier consulted physiotherapist. Dr.Pankaj was very skilled in diagonising and releasing several trigger points using cold pack, muscle massage, muscle stimulation devices and exercises. During the treatment, the severe pain was also experienced in left arm which had lost muscle strength and was weak. He was very thorough in explaining and recommending the right exercises, postures to help manage pain, mobility, and motor function. During the physiotherapy sessions which lasted for 10 days, He was always very attentive in listening on the progress, pains and then advising the appropriate exercises. With his help, there is significant improvement in my pain and mobilty. As Per the recommendation, I am now continuing with the exercises for building muscle strength.Thank you so much Dr.Pankaj Sharma.
