I started consulting Dr. Manisha a little while ago for anger-related issues, and I must say the experience has been extremely positive and helpful. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and created a safe space where I could speak openly without fear of being judged. That in itself was a big step for me because expressing myself honestly about such a personal challenge had never been easy. Her calm nature and the way she listens patiently made me feel understood, which gave me confidence to continue with the sessions.

Over the course of the four sessions I attended, she guided me with a mix of practical techniques and deeper insights that really made sense in my day-to-day life.
