I don’t live in Delhi and was very concerned about my mother’s hearing issues which had deteriorated lately. Due to the pandemic, I couldn’t travel earlier. Dr. Barkha and her clinic Hearsaywell was very proactive, professional and efficient! Dr. Barkha provided me all the details via phone/whatsapp/email including the model of hearing aids & comparison & proposed the right option for my mother. She came home, tried and tested the hearing aids in different environments on my mom and came a few times until she got it all set up and my mother became comfortable with the hearing-aids. It was all done to my and my mother’s satisfaction. She also proposed how any future issues/visits will be taken care of within the comfort of our home.

We have also been doing speech therapy (through Dr.Barkha/Hearsaywell) for my father in the comfort of our home as my father is unable to travel to the clinic and it’s been going well.

Her work has provided me immense relief.

I was very tense to take my speech, because on many vacations I was stuck to say anything specially word start with letter a, k, P etc.. To remove my stammering problem I searched speech therapy center at internet. Then I saw hearway speech therapy center at preet vichar at practo.com. I decided to go to the speech therapy center and I met Ms. Barkha Gupta. I told every problem of my stammering to Ms. Gupta. She is a nice lady and very good speech therapist. she tips me some exercise, I follow them and get better. Now I am more confident before. I have attended only two lecture, I got more improvement In my speech and I am confident to root out stammering. I had excellent experience with Dr. Barkha. I had developed voice / speech problem and larynx was affected due to 25 years of teaching in school. She very professionally handled my problem and with her patient and encouraging speech therapy treatment helped me tremendously improve my speech. She has a very pleasing and positive personality. She very patiently, encouragingly, professionally guided and took the speech therapy sessions. I am fully satisfied and happy with the way Dr. Barkha took my speech therapy sessions which has tremendously helped me. In fact due to my bad misused voice I had stopped singing or sang with difficulty. After the therapy sessions from Dr. Barkha, now I can again sing confidently in my original voice.

I am a 22 year old student who had mild stammering since early childhood. Visited Barkha maam for the same issue. As during this phase of lockdown, physical sessions were not possible so i tried out the digital platform for speech therapy conducted by maam. I have had just 10 sessions till date and saw tremendous improvement in my speech. All thanks to maam for boosting self confidence and for providing greats ways to overcome the problem.

Sarla Ma’am was assigned for my daughters one on one speech therapy sessions at home. She instantly made a connect with my 20 months old daughter and made her feel very comfortable. DISAPPOINTED :(

My father required therapy at home after brain surgery (He is not paralyzed and can speak lot of words correctly already).

** ****** ******* * **** Sent his *********** staff home But had no time to discuss and plan strategies with him. Charged huge amount. Only after my continuous intervention she managed and in the last three days & changed activities. Before that was just time pass.

After the last session they were hardly bothered about the patient's improvement as they have fetched money already.

I am a teacher and author and could understand that the use and level of activities his staff was doing (for a paralyzed patient and not for a patient who can walk and talk) **** ****** **** *** ******* **** *** ***** ***

I checked her feedback on Practo and went to her. She also did not gave me any patient's file saying it will be in records. Also she said will give the receipt of money transfer later. I trusted her because of PRACTO and agreed. But i never got any.

I don't recommend Dr Barkha at all. PLEASE USE UR HARD EARNED MONEY WISELY.

I have consulted Dr. Gupta for my stuttering. I have been suffering from fluency onset disorder, i.e., stuttering, since childhood. I am currently working as a data scientist and situational stress further exacerbates the symptoms of my stuttering. I have undertaken 24 online sessions from Bakha Ma'am and she has been more than patient and supportive of me. She guides me about pragmatic techniques that focuses on easing my speech. In addition, she supervises the complete online session and motivates me from time to time to do better.

I highly appreciate the concept of online sessions due to two main reasons: ease in attending the session from home and protection from the currently ongoing pandemic. Her inherent quality of patience and continuous hope helps me to believe that I can slowly but steadily overcome my stuttering.

To all the people staying at home in this pandemic, I want to remind a message by Swami Vivekananda that when we overcome a single flaw of ours, we become ahead of at least a million people. Stuttering is not a disease, its just a flaw that one can overcome by supervised speech therapy. The experience of the online sessions conducted by Hearsaywell Clinic is unique. And I highly recommend it to everyone who's suffering from any kind of speech disorder.

I have shown my mother to many speacilasts over the years and she was already using hearing aid but without much help. We found Dr. Barkha not only experienced and knowledgeable, she was very patient with my mother and explained everything in detail and made sure she is happy and comfortable before leaving the clinic.
