I followed the diet that was given to me and I was so happy with the result. I lost 6 kgs the first month. The diet was easy to follow and had variations too.

My overall experience so far has been excellent. My primary goal was weight loss, and within just one month, I've managed to shed 5 kgs following the diet plan provided. I have taken diet plan from Dietician Arti Kalra Mam and here is my experiance.

1. 8 kg weight loss in just 2 month while I follow 80% of provided meal chart.

She is responsive and if any doubt with diet plan or any suggested mean option then she assist with recipes too. Meal options are easy and delicious so I don't feel like missing them. Proper followup for walk encourage me to take it daily
