She was friendly, listened each and every issue and then advised! She was fully focused on what my body need to be look like!

After reviewing my eating habbits/ day to day activities/ and other health regarding issues like pre-diabetics, etc she gave me a diet plan which was very easy to follow!

Also she only asked for a 30 minute brisk walk everyday to make us loose weight more quickly, easily, actively! And after the same walk it feels soo relaxing!

Following this diet plan, my energy level was increased, almost nil tiredness as compared prior to this plan, not only on weighing scale, but physically I can see the results of my overall weight loss and inch loss too! Now coming to the figure's, I lost 4 kgs in just 1 month by flowing the diet plan properly and sincerely! Now I get positive comments from friends and known ppl about my weight loss thing in such a short period! Feels soo good!

I get regular diet plans from the Dr. on weekly basis, also me and Dr. As well have complete everyday check on what calories I loose, distance I covered, my heart count and steps I walked etc through healt app! Every week I get call from Dr. Staff asking for any query reagrding the diet plan, any changes to make, any issues regarding health so that they can suggest you with other eating options which suits you the best!

I get call from Dr. Itself for discussing while week regading any issues, diet plan, energy levels etc!

Now one more Most important thing, my fasting sugar level came to 94-95 which was 125+ before taking up this diet plan!

The eating things in the diet plan is not at all different from day to day meals, easy to prepare, easy to buy!

Also the timmings of eating the meals and mid meal items, whole day I feel full and have nil cravings for anything!

So at the last my plan is till going on and I am so thankful to Dr. Arti Kalra for making me look good!

Dr. Her self and her team doing great job by sharing positive and motivational thoughts to keep us being motivated!

At the last not the least, I am happily satisfied with the results in my weight loss!

Would really like to recommened the Dr. to my freinds, family and known people! Would rather say to everyone watching my experience to plz visit/ consult the Dr. Once for a tremendous weightloss transformation in yourself!
