I loved her approach of understanding your way of eating food and then introducing her diet chart according to your way of eating food. I will Highly recommend her.

With her in almost 3.5 months, I lost 10kg of weight with only her diet plan (I never felt being hungry). If u can exercise as well yo u can loose more weight.
