Dear Meenal Your daughter's treatment was done a year ago and all these days you never adressed the issue to me directly. Pediatric dentistry is a challenging branch and treating a small kid needs a lot of patience and cooperation both from the parents and a dentist. Small child are very sensitive to things put in their mouth and its common that they vomit as a response to even a mild stimulus.RCT is a technique sensitive procedure and involves use of multiple instruments and equipments.It was unfortunate that while I was using my drill she moved her head and got injured on her cheek mucosa. I remember that when MFD centre people told me that you are not willing to continue the treatment I personally called you several times but you didn't respond and even disconnected my call. Regarding the refund of your amount, it was MFD company's policy not to refund any charges tajen already , which was mentioned in the consent form they made you fill before the treatment.If the treatment was undergone at my clinic I would have definitely refunded your amount. Meenal, I am practising since last 8 years and have thousands of happy patients but one unhappy patient does bother me, not because it might put a question mark on my abilities, which have been already proved but just because my concious does not allow to me to not take up your concerns and respond to them and that is the reason I am here answering to your feedback. I have put my version of things in front of your and genuinely feel that this situation resulted just because of misunderstandings. Good Wishes Dr Zohra
