After her master in surgery (MS), she completed detailed fellowships/trainings in Advanced Cataract Surgeries, Phacoemulsification, Micro Incision Cataract Surgery (MICS), Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS), Extra Capsular Cataract Surgery (ECCS), Glaucoma and Medical Retina.

She has performed over 10,000 successful eye surgeries, including Phacoemulsification, MICS, SICS, ECCS, Pterygium Extraction with Conjunctival Autograft, Trabeculectomy (Glaucoma surgery) etc. Her expertise is in difficult and complicated cataract surgeries

Her academic contribution in book “Comprehensive Ophthalmology”, sixth edition was acknowledged by Dr Ak Khurana (Author).
