Dr. Shivani is a gem of a person. She is so good at her work, immediately understands the problem and guides according to what you are looking for and within your budget. The best part is her sensitive & caring nature, she explains everything so well and is so friendly & approachable and is not at all, like other arrogant money-hungry doctors.

My acne scars have lightened, i am taking peels from her and also, for pits, have started dermaroller, and am sure it will soon show results, as by now, i have full faith in Dr. Shivani. Initially, when i went for the first time, after reading the reviews, i was skeptical too that how can someone be so good, but trust me, you can go to her for any & all of your problems, without thinking twice.

The person managing the appointment is terrible. Even if u reach 20 mins before and wait for your appointment time, he will Not allow you to go and say that there are patients waiting without practo appointment. If he has to send you as per his serial number, then what is the point of booking an appointment from practo. There were people who were coming 10 mins late of their appointment from practo he asked them to wait for an hour and if you are early then you have to wait as per him. There is no organized way and things go as per his wish. A seriously bad system that needs to be improved. This way is spoiling doctor's name even.
