I incorporate counselling principles during the treatment of mental disorder cases too. I believe in holistic healing and treating the root cause of the diseases rather than just treating their signs and symptoms. As cure will always remain incomplete if apects of lifestyle changes, diet modifications and importance of exercise is not incorporated along with the medicines.
