She knows the latest medicine in market and in practice and is clear in her thought. I was really afraid with this disease but today due to her medicine I am able to see properly. The wait time was painfully high. Waited for over an hour for the preliminary check up by the doctor’s junior, inspite of having booked for a prior appointment on practo. It is so misleading that though the appointment was booked for consultation with doc Ritu Aurora, yet neither she saw me, spoke with me nor diagnosed and advised me on my problem. Instead, I was attended by a junior doctor. It’s quite misleading and unprofessional. She should not take bookings if she cannot advise/diagnose the patient and make some junior do it. The junior, though seemed ok with the diagnosis, but the booking should’ve been made in the juniors name and not doc Ritu Aurora if she cannot check. Highly disappointing and due to this, I find it too overpriced for such a bad experience.
