Dr. Mukul Rastogi

Dr Mukul Rastogi did Endoscopy for my father Mr U B Mathur and was able to correctly diagnose and explain the results to my family in very simple way.While my father was admitted in Fortis for a week he came regularly to check and was very approachable .Now that my father is discharged after very satisfactory treatment at Fortis we will continue to visit Dr Rastogi and highly recommend him for any treatment requiring his specialization..

I have consulted him for a single time. It was a satisfying experience. He explained the issues thoroughly and provided a best treatment. Nothing much to say. A big yes to the doctor. There was hardly 30 minutes of waiting period and that was actually acceptable.

Dint get to see the doctor so can't comment on that but definetly AVOID fortis hospital. It's the most expensive hospital and service standard is poor. Firstly there was no registration slip available at the counter and so I had to wait for that. Therafter I went to the concerned department wherein I was told doctor is available and I should get the billing done. I went to make the payment while my wife waited at the department. After showing the payment slip at the department I was made to wait for 10 minutes and finally told that the DOCTOR HAS ALREADY LEFT!!!! then a guy named Nitin told me that he just left couple of minutes ago which was a lie as my wife was standing right there while I went to make the payment. Then he told me that I can refer to any other available doctor. When i asked who is available the response was check at the billing counter who in turn told me that the concerned departwmnt shoukd know. Finally i found out that no other doctor was available. Then the so called lady at the counter ( who asked me to get the billing done) started saying kitna amount hai batao. For this kind of service they charge 1200 rs per visit which is the maximium that I have ever paid and that too when the doctor was not even available.

My father in law visited this doctor with great trust. He went to Fortis Noida under Mukul Rastogi *** *** ****** ****** **** ***** ** ***** **** **** ******* ** ******* **** *** *** insisted to go in ICU. Within seven days he went unconscious. Most of the times hd was kept at the mercy of junior nurses. The primary doctor Mukul Rastogi visited only once in a day. Its better to avoid him for treatment.

Dr Rastogi is a very honest and knowledgeble doctor. He explains the issue well and never suggests unnecessary tests. Being a senior doctor he has a fine sense of judgement for the problem and understands the problem to the core. ******* ** ******* ** *** **** ****** ** ***** *** ******* *******

We met with Dr.Rastogi for my mother illness and to perform colonoscopy procedure to diagnose the cause of rectal bleeding. It was awesome experience (it was reasonable with fully satisfaction and with utmost care) and he is a true gem of this profession. I truly recommend Dr.Rastogi for all patients. Not happy with the way doctor listened to the problems. Doctor should patiently listen to patient, and prescribe medication accordingly. Even I was having a lot of stomach pain, he just asked to continue with the same medication. I felt better only after stopping medicines.

He doesn't talk to patient's attendants nicely. He keeps on using his mobile while talking to the patients. He is rude *** ****** ***** ********** ** *** *********

Good behaviour with the patient, nice advice and diagnosis. Treatment just going to start, so can't write about it right now.
