I encountered problem of anxiety and panic last 4years ago..then I visited fortis Noida with my father..I was having several physical symptoms like choking in chest,feeling up and down and too much panic and negativity..I thought for a month that it might be some problem in my chest..I got chest x ray and nothing came..after going to some doctors and physicians when my symptoms are not going away,then someone suggested me that I might have mental illness..then I along with my father went to fortis hospital,Noida.I only tell some symptoms to the doctor and he himself listed all symptoms himself..and then my treatment started..I was prescribed medication by him..in these 4years many instances happened to me..I also changed the doctor once and consulted his senior but the medication prescribed by his senior didnot work well for me and I started feeling unconscious when I walk or do some activity..then again I switched to Dr Manu sir and from last one and half year I m his patient..and my life is going well..*** ********** ******* ** *** ** **** ***********few days before I consulted him nd he also reduced my one medicine..so I will suggest all that one should definitely consult him if anyone suffering from anxiety or depression as in my case..
