Dr. Mamta Jha Ma'am has been a blessing to me and I consider her to be the best gynaecologist, mainly due to her positive outlook and non-medicated approach. Her diagnosis and treatment is impeccable and most importantly very timely. She brings out one's full potential to the forefront by making one realise what a mind can achieve. It is rare to find such a doctor who can bring such an holistic change in your life. She recommends traditional Indian methods like yoga which brings lifelong benefits unlike other Gynaecologist who would maybe opt for western methods. One just needs to be give in completely to her and listen to her diligently, no matter how difficult it may be and everything else would be taken care of. I was active and doing yoga till the day of my delivery and my labour pain felt only a slight discomfort. That is the change that Ma'am brought into my life and I am forever indebted to her.
