Dr. Jyotsna Singh

Recently, I got a root canal for the very first time in my life. The tooth was cracked some time ago, but I chose to ignore it. A mistake, but I never had any pain on that tooth. After careful consideration, I made the decision to go see Dr. Jyotsna. She examined the tooth along with the rest of my teeth and laid out a plan to get everything that needed to be done. Well, I am not afraid of dentist or pain, but I had not been to one in a very long time. So, I was nervous. Perhaps apprehensive, but I went. Once she numbed the tooth, after 15 minutes or so, the procedure got started. Aside from just a few small sensations, I felt pretty good. She did a filling first and clean the area up a little, then she made the temporary crown. This took longer than the root canal itself. However, no pain. The whole affair lasted about 2 hours, total time. After the procedure, I was very numb, but no pain at all. Once the numbing shot wore off, again, no pain. I took one voveron. That's it. Honestly folks, no two people will have the same experiences. All I can say is do not be afraid. Cooperate with the dentist while he or she is doing the procedure. It really makes a difference. Not all dentist are good or even great. **** *** ********** I had no real pain during or after the root canal. I have a very low tolerance for pain, but that did not affect my treatment. Just depends. The only thing to fear is fear itself.

I have bad teeth due to genetics, bad eating habits, and lots of sugars. So I decided for dental implants at Dr. Malik Dental Clinic. Stage 2 and Stage 3 were putting implants, and finally Stage 4 I had my natural looking artificial crowns done.

Great dentist! I always get nervous about dental appointments and cavity fillings but Dr Jyotsna made me feel so comfortable! She takes her time and really focuses on the patient. I appreciated that she took the time to explain things to me, whereas many other dentists would just say "you have a cavity" but wouldn't go to great lengths to show where it is and talk about the progression of cavities. I just feel so comfortable with Dr Jyotsna and am impressed with her knowledge and expertise! Will definitely keep seeing her! Also, she is the first dentist that really motivated me to take better care of my teeth (floss, mouthwash) and i am seeing the results and feeling so good about it!

It was a great and painless experience. Doctors are highly competent and soft-spoken. The ambience was excellent and comfortable. I didn't felt that I am at a clinic. Fees is reasonable as my previous dentist charged almost twice for similar work. i'll recommend thid dental clinic to all frends

Dr. Jyotsna is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, doctor was very supportive and thorough when explaining the process. Staff members are professional and well behaved. We found Dr. Jyotsna a very sensible and honest dentist. In our 10 years stay in Noida, we have changed 6 dentists, mainly bcoz none of them did good jobs. Me and my wife had recurring problems like the fillings used to came off, or root canals became infected etcetera etcetera. Then last year, we came to Dr. Jyotsna ....and feel both of us are in safe hands now. All our fillings are intact, she has saved my cap and infected tooth wrongly treated earlier by other doctor. She taught us the correct techniques of brushing, and she takes a lot of pain to make sure her treatments are flawless. We are blessed to have a dedicated doctor.

I would ask the friends if they had a root canal just to make myself feel better or not. I've heard good things about Dr. Jyotsna. First I thought my sleep drug will help, plus my ipod, and maybe my unicorn eye mask. I told the dentist about my anxiety. She was benevolent towards my feeling and really helped to make the procedure painless. Once she got my tooth numbed up, it was just a matter of sitting back and waiting it out. Mostly tho it's just trying to keep ur mouth open, that is what I remember most about the root canal.

I don't know what anyone can say to make it easier (especially a stranger like me) but in the end it is well worth the time. thank you so much doctor.
