I wanted to cosult her for medicines regarding red eye after covid.she guided me on phone.i am her old patient for glaucoma.she is a nice person.very calm and composed.

Highly unprofessional and doesn't cater much to the panel patients. Inspite of the appointment prior to other patient, she calls patient not according to appointment number but by means of cash patient/ panel. Especially

Inspite of the appointment prior to other patient, she calls patient not according to appointment number but by means of cash patient/ panel. Especially when one has a follow up visit post surgery visit ( as that's a free consultation). If I had to go to this behavior of hers I can feel the pain of others too.

She need to change her behavior and professional conduct.
