When I arrived at the hospital at 10 AM, the doctor's coordinator told me that he's in some meeting and would be free by 11.I waited for 2 hours and their excuses kept coming but the doctor didn't. Finally, my 2 hours wait and 1100 consultation fee got wasted; without even getting a treatment. They hospital even denied refunding the fee, but I could fight to get it.I would never recommend him or any other doctor in Fortis.
