After years of poor dental hygiene and procrastination, I finally decided to get myself treated. I booked my appointment with Dr. Prateek Jain. During my first visit, I was in a state of panic as I had multiple partial broken teeth and severe gum swelling.

The calming effect that Dr. Prateek had on me during that visit was very helpful. He was very patient, methodical and friendly. He went through my complete dental profile, explained me in detail all the damages and procedures to be carried out and also charted out a detailed plan.

Over the course of next 5 months, I underwent 3 RCT's, 5 extractions and 3 fixed implants. The complete experience was very comfortable and painless.

The staff were also very supportive.

Dr Prateek/Radhika possess all the traits that a patient would expect from his/her doctor, especially for dental treatments for these being prolonged. They are calm, patient, friendly, thoughtful and concerned about their patient. My treatment required multiple RCTs and a few crowns to be placed, and thanks to Dr Prateek, all of this was absolutely painless. I travelled from Malviyanagar to Noida twice weekly, but the travel was worth the experience.

Both Dr. Radhika and Dr. Prateek were very patient while clearing all my doubts and answering all my queries regarding the gummy smile. So far they were the only ones to provide me with a solution where it involved braces and miniscrews to treat my smile! While the others just suggested the normal procedure of braces and surgery.
