Doctor and even staff was really friendly. I didn't had to wait long. Once I was on the chair, doctor explained the issue, put right treatment in place and fixed it. During the treatment, she was keep explaining me what wrong I had in the gums and want practices of brushing I need to stop. Pretty standard it may be, but then helps a lot.
