Dr. Bhanot's meticulous attention and unwavering commitment were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the situation. Despite relocating to another city a year ago, a distance of 150 km from Apollo Hospital, my family and I made the decision to continue under Dr. Mithee's care. The trust we placed in her expertise was well-founded, and she oversaw the subsequent delivery with the same dedication that sets her apart. Recently, we were blessed with the arrival of a baby boy at Apollo Hospital, and once again, Dr. Bhanot's care was extraordinary. Her compassionate approach and commitment to the well-being of both mother and child were evident throughout the entire process.

However, we feel that the Apollo Hospital experiences a high volume of patients, resulting in the supporting staff being overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this led to longer response times during our inpatient stay, requiring continuous follow-ups for nearly every task. Regrettably, our baby lost significant weight within the first and second day due to delays in feeding. Therefore, we highly recommend that serious attention be given to addressing and improving this issue for the benefit of all patients.
