We are grateful to Dr. Madhu Srivastava and her team for all the support and care they provided during my sister’s treatment at Cloudnine Hospital, Noida. Special thanks to Dr.Anil for providing mental strength to my sister just before the surgery.

It is difficult for us to express our emotions in words. We will be ever indebted to Dr. Madhu, Dr. Nisha, Dr. Vanika for their patience and warmth in responding to all our queries each and every time we reached out to them.

Extending our heartfelt thanks to the team of doctors, the nursing staff, housekeeping staff and admin team for putting in their best foot forward in attending to the patients and their needs in every possible manner.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Madhu. My wife had placenta pervia case which is one of the most complex case in gynecological world. Dr Madhu always kept our morale high and suggested to keep calm and think positive. Finally she handled this most complicated case so tactfully that My wife delivered a healthy baby. Total credit goes to her. She is very polite too and you can not imagine that she is carrying Such a huge experience of around 45 years. Highly recommended.

Got admitted at cloudnine hospital for a gynae procedure on 1st April 2019 under Dr. Madhu and her team. They are a great team be it Madhu ma'am or Vanika and Nisha ma'am. They all are experts in their feild and nature wise they are very caring and sweet.

Hospital staff is also very helpful and supportive. Customer relarions team, nursing and housekeeping teams are prompt in their work and kitchen staff is very good too.

I consulted Dr Madhu during my pregnancy check up. She is like a mother for me. The best part is she never recommended any other medicines except vitamin, iron and calcium. Always recommend to go for natural means like regular walking, focus on fruits and salads. She used to listen to my queries very patiently and always i used to get very positive vibes from her. This makes my entire pregnancy tenure very calm and relaxing. Special thanks to Dr Nisha and Dr Vanika who were backup of Dr Madhu. They gave me immense strength during ny delivery. We all mothers feel safe since we have a doctor like Madhu around us. Thanks to Cloud Nine!!

We had a very bad experience of cloud 9 hospital sector 51 . ******** * *** ****** *** **** ******** *** **** ****** *** ***** ***** ** ***** *** ********** ***** * ************ ******* *** **** *****we spent around 30000 RS in two months in tests n consultation n every time Dr said everything is OK. After a few days my wife did not feel good I I took her to the hospital. Then Dr advised for altra sound n she got miscarriage. We were very surprised that as of now everything was perfect and suddenly miscarriage happend. We asked Dr that we followed all medicine n treatment still this occurd. *** ** *** **** ***** then she said at the end altra sound was the main test n this can only confirm the baby' condition . N Said we have done test to the mother not sure about the baby . ***** ** *** **** ***** *** ****** ** **** *******she asked us to do the ultra sound again that cast around 2400 but when I told her that baby is no more as confirmed by report .Then she said OK go for cleaning process. ***** ** * ******** ****** ** ********* **** ** ********* Cleaning charges are around 20000. But then I didn't trust the hospital n Dr and went to different hospital. ********** ** ** * ******** **** ***** **** ******* ****** *** ********** I request please don't visit to cloude 9 hospital . **** ******* ****** very bad experience .

Dr Madhu has a really pleasing personality and always talks with a extreme calm and comfort. She was also the consulting doctor of my mother during her pregnancy and also many of my aunts and other relatives. So in my case I and my family had no confusion.

Before meeting felt very nurvous because my TVS report and blood test report were not good...but she listen me patiently and then gives the medicine...*** ** **** ******

Very good Doctor's team............ but Hospital nurses are not properly corporate... I have many times...

All over experience was good but hospital is not clear about the charges. At practo consultation charges is showing 700 and at hospital they are charging 800 .
